Standing in what was originally an old 1930's Italian water cistern, we sampled his latest batch of Malvasia and Teran, straight from the barrel.

Dimitri's mission - to "discover the character of this land." At that moment, it felt like we were experiencing a small, sincere and unpretentious piece of that character with him. We felt privileged.
